Distributing Tickets to Your Travel Party: A Step-By-Step Guide

To ensure each ticket in your multiple-ticket purchase is assigned to the appropriate member of your party, follow these steps:

First, let’s make sure each person is a part of your Family and Friends List. If they aren’t, or you aren’t sure then …

  1. Open your My Disney Experience app and locate the three horizontal lines in the bottom right corner of the home screen.
  2. Scroll down and select “My Profile.”
  3. Choose the “Friends & Family list” tab and click “Add a Guest” at the bottom of your Family & Friends List.
  4. Opt for “I’ll enter their name and age.” After selecting “18+” for the age, an additional option will appear.
  5. Choose “Invite this Guest to connect” and input the email address linked to your friend’s My Disney Experience account. Click “Done.”
  6. Once your fellow guest accepts the email invitation to connect, he/she will be added to your Family & Friends List, enabling you to view and make plans for each other.

Once you know each guest is on your Family & Friends list then follow the steps below to assign each a ticket:

  1. After logging into the My Disney Experience mobile app, go to the three lines in the bottom right-hand corner.
  2. Select “Tickets and Passes.”
  3. In the upper right-hand corner, you’ll find a “+” sign that allows you to “Link Tickets & Passes.” This will guide you through the process of entering your confirmation code or scanning the barcode if one was provided in your email.
  4. As you add the tickets, you can assign each one to the respective member of your Family and Friends list.
